Anal sex

Anal sex among the kinksters in general, and in BDSM in particular, is often associated with the notion of power over a partner. Although in fact, anal sex may have nothing to do with the inequality of roles, this attitude is quite common.

Anal stimulation can lead to orgasm in both men and women. Women achieve it due to contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, and imen in this case have an orgasm because of exposure to the prostate and indirect stimulation of the base of the penis. But, first of all, in both cases orgasm occurs due to psychological reactions: from the very understanding that they are bottoms and violating certain social conventions.

Safety in anal sex.

Rectum, unlike the vagina, does not have a natural lubricant. Therefore, entry into it always requires the use of lubricant. If condoms are used, it is better to use a water-based lubricant that does not destroy latex. Although the rectum in a normal situation does not have feces because they enter it immediately before emptying, but traces of feces can remain on the walls. Therefore, it is necessary to do an enema before anal sex. An important part of safety and just the opportunity to get an orgasm is to eliminate or reduce pain. Anal orifice is formed by two muscular rings called sphincters, the distance between which is about half a centimeter. They function independently of each other. External sphincter is controlled by the central nervous system, and it can be contracted and relaxed at will - as well as, for example, the muscles of the hand. Internal sphincter is controlled by another part of the nervous system responsible for natural physiological reactions, and it cannot be controlled without special training. The internal sphincter reacts to fear and a sense of penetration during anal sex. It automatically shrinks, even if the person does not want it. Attempts to overcome this contraction causes pain. There are ways of training, allowing to consciously relax this sphincter.
